Our aim is to provide the highest level of care for all our patients. We will always be willing to hear if there is any way that you think that we can improve the service we provide.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may also contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service who are based at the Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group on 0800 0151 548.
