Please be aware that new registrations are currently paused while our merger with Blakeney Surgery takes place. Registration will be available again from the 5th of August, 2025.

Registering with the surgery
Please read our practice registration policy before registering.
To register with the surgery:
- use the register with a GP surgery: Coleford Medical Practice service (unavailable due to merger – this will be available again from 5th August 2025)
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
The registration process can take a few weeks to complete and all your information to be transferred to us from your previous practice. If you are on regular medication, please make sure you have had a recent prescription from your current GP before you start the new registration process. We will be able to offer urgent care from the time you submit the forms but may not have sight of your medication history until the electronic transfer of your records has been completed.
